Beware of this company! They do not answer the phone and their unit seems never to be open. We ordered two matching items from them, one was in stock at the time and one was pre ordered. The pre ordered one arrived first, slightly damaged. When we raised this with the company they gave us two options, keep it or send it back, they would not allow us to swap it for another. Offered to drive the piece up to their store to get a replacement but they ignored the offer and stuck to the general response. I get the impression they don't hold any stock and just have it send directly from the wholesalers to the buyers. The second item we ordered, which was in stock when we ordered, took three months to arrive. When contacting them about the delay they wouldn't comment, other than to suggest we cancel our order and get a refund.

Ordered 6 items. Two of them were damaged and one never arrived. At first when I contacted the store, they were helpful and asked me to complete a damage declaration form. Following this their response was that a replacement drawer for the white unit would be dispatched within the next working day along with the umbrella basket. Then they offered some money to make repairs to a bench I ordered. This was a £200 piece of furniture and I am unsure I have the skill or resources to correct the damage. Even if I tried, I wonder if it would look like it should: not damaged! From them on, I have never heard from them again. I never received the missing item or the replacement drawer. I have sent many emails and tried calling them many times. No answer to both. It has been well over a month now. I have reported them and currently waiting for the outcome. Terrible costumer service, damaged items sent, some items not sent, no refunds, no explanations, nothing! - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Sent 3 emails about damaged item over 3 weeks ago & still no response. have sent photos and follow ups. They were good initially when I had paid and was waiting for the item but now radio silence. Looking at some of these other reviews I am not holding out much hope......Come on White Lighthouse. Up your game!

I'm not sure how a company with such poor customer service and dishonest practice continues to trade. After a little research into the company it looks like I'm not the only one to have issues with them, wish I had looked up a few reviews first! No surprise they they have disabled the review function on their Facebook page! Will not use them again!
