Terrible customer service. I asked to see boots in different size, she brought the wrong ones and suggested to try those instead, when I asked for the right boots she told me to go to the other shop. Very rude and lazy.

One week ago i brought back a, worn, twice, pair of £800 Gucci boots which needed a small repair. They offered to send them to a shoe repair place and said they should be back the next day but they would 'like to leave them over the weekend.'
